Florida International University’s ATOM COVID-19 Datathon

The Common Area Founder, Maureen Mascaro, was honored to be a mentor for Florida International University’s ATOM COVID-19 Datathon for the Real Estate Division. 

ATOM, which stands for Analytics, Technology, and Operations Management, is FIU’s first faculty technology consulting practice, in the Information Systems and Business Analytics Department.

During this one-week virtual event, multi-disciplinary teams collaborated to develop proposed solutions to address the challenges faced by FIU as it works to repopulate its campus in the wake of COVID-19.
